Job Summary
Job Title: Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Job Type: Full-Time
We are hiring for our client a centered law firm specializing mainly in corporate law real estate litigation and shipping law. We pride ourselves on delivering expert legal support tailored to meet our clients evolving needs. As a dynamic and growing firm we are now looking to expand our team by recruiting a dedicated and experienced lawyer to join our team.
Mid level lawyer
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing drafting and submitting court applications and representing clients in court as needed.
2. Reviewing drafting and negotiating a wide array of legal documents including but not limited to sale agreements share purchase agreements shareholders agreements loan agreements commercial agreements.
3. Providing expert legal advice and services on the establishment administration restructuring and dissolution of companies.
4. Drafting of legal opinions on diverse legal matters.
5. Liaising with various public authorities (Registrar of Companies Land Registry Tax office etc)
6. Supporting companys corporate procedures.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in law (masters degree will be considered as an advantage).
2. Minimum of 2-3 years post qualification experience practicing law in Cyprus; experience in corporate or shipping law will be highly valued.
3. Strong ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
4. Excellent command of English and Greek both written and spoken.
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Strong work ethic and reliability.
7. Effective team worker.
