Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team in Seef Bahrain. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals social media and networking events

- Proactively source and engage new clients to understand and support their recruitment requirements building strong partnerships to deliver effective hiring solutions

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role

- Coordinate with hiring managers both internally and client requirement to understand their hiring needs and requirements

- Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates

- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a professional services firm

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as job portals and social media

- Fluency in English both written and spoken
