Essential Functions:
- Identify and correct spelling grammar and verbiage errors in attorney invoices.
- Detect formatting and compositional errors.
- Follow attorney / client specific instructions regarding edits and corrections to invoices
- Utilize automated review process if applicable
- Maintain a daily working knowledge and mastery of attorney / client guidelines as they pertain to NEP
- Research and resolve inquiries and problems
- Act as a backup to team members and be proactive in assisting others to ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform other responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Specific Technical Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office software specifically Word and Excel
- Strong writing and grammatical skills required
Performance Traits:
- Meticulous attention to detail quality and accuracy in execution of tasks
- Proven customer service skills are required to create maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Demonstrated self-starter with the desire to show ownership and commitment to the job.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; driven to meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Education/Training/Certifications:
- Associate degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered when the degree is directly related to the functions of the job.
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
- Minimum (1) year experience preferably in a legal banking or large corporate environment
