Job Summary

Salary: 120000 - 130000 per year plus up to 15 percent bonus
Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in office remaining remote)

We are seeking an experienced Brownfield Redevelopment Project Manager to lead environmental site assessments remediation and redevelopment projects. This role focuses on compliance with EPA CERCLA and state Brownfield regulations while delivering projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

Lead Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments remediation and redevelopment projects
Manage budgets schedules and multidisciplinary teams including engineers and environmental scientists
Advise clients and municipalities on redevelopment incentives and environmental compliance
Mentor junior staff and support business development and proposal preparation
Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Environmental Engineering or related field
5-10 years of Brownfield redevelopment and environmental remediation experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Strong knowledge of federal state and local environmental regulations
