Job Details

Regional Southwest freight with a weekly 34-hour reset at home.
Average 2000-2300 miles per week
Weekly gross typically $1200$1400.
Average length of haul around 300 miles.
100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop & hook and live unloads.
2021 Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth AUTOMATIC
24/7 operations and driver support.

Pay and Bonuses

Base pay $0.54$0.60 CPM based on experience.
Detention after 2 hours: $12.50 per hour.
Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day.
Sign-on bonus: $500 after first load $500 after 30 days.
Performance bonus: up to 3 CPM based on miles safety and productivity.

Requirements

Minimum 3 months of verifiable solo tractor-trailer OTR experience in the last 12 months.
Minimum age 21.
Valid CDL-A.
Acceptable MVR/PSP and safety history.
No DUI within the last 5 years.
Must pass drug screen and DOT physical.
Stable employment history with no major gaps.
