JOB SUMMARY
The Front Desk Representative is responsible for greeting registering and scheduling patients while supporting providers and staff to ensure a positive and efficient patient experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients in person and by phone manages patient records and registration and assists with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone

Schedule appointments following established scheduling guidelines to optimize patient flow and provider availability

Complete or verify patient registration for new and existing patients

Maintain accurate patient records and account information

Handle patient concerns professionally and work with team members to resolve issues efficiently

Serve as the first touchpoint between patients and the practice ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical or clinical office

Ability to travel between practice locations as needed
