The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced results-driven B2B Sales Representative with direct experience selling uniforms or apparel to business clients. This is a remote role for a self-motivated professional who understands the uniform and garment industry and has a proven record of success selling directly to end users such as hospitality groups security companies restaurant chains amusement parks and corporate facilities.
Youll have access to some inbound leads but the right candidate will rely on industry relationships trade show networking and proactive outreach to generate new opportunities. Success will come from your ability to develop close and grow accounts through expertise persistence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect develop and manage B2B accounts within the uniforms and apparel industry
- Build long-term partnerships with direct clients in hospitality security entertainment and related markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal to negotiation and close
- Utilize HubSpot CRM and company ERP systems to manage accounts track inventory and report results
- Consistently meet or exceed sales metrics targeting 35% gross margin and $2M in first-year sales
- Attend industry trade shows client meetings and company events to represent the brand and generate business
- Collaborate with internal operations and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
- Travel as needed to meet clients attend trade shows and support business development efforts (all travel is reimbursed)
- Represent the company with professionalism reliability and industry expertise
What Were Looking For
- Must have direct experience selling uniforms and/or branded apparel to the end client (this is a key requirement)
- Proven track record of success in B2B uniform or garment sales
- Experience selling into hospitality restaurant hotel casino entertainment or security markets
- Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain enterprise-level accounts
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable working in ERP or order management tools
- Skilled at managing longer consultative sales cycles and closing complex deals
- Self-starter with excellent communication follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently in a remote setting focused on metrics and results
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings as needed (travel reimbursed)
