Pay & Training
- Youll receive a guaranteed weekly salary during your 46 week mentor program.
- Once solo most drivers earn $1300 to $1500 weekly
- Top performers reaching $1700 or more with performance bonuses.
- Safety and reliability incentives are available every month and orientation is paid.
Job Details
- Freight is 100 percent no-touch refrigerated freight about 60 percent drop and hook.
- Drivers are home every other week for 3448 hours.
- Youll run throughout CA NV AZ OR WA UT ID and NM.
- Assigned late-model automatic trucks Freightliner Kenworth and International are equipped with APUs and can be taken home during time off.
- Pet and rider policies apply after training completion.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school.
- Must pass DOT physical and hair plus urine drug screening.
- No SAP participation DUI or DWI within the past five years.
- Consistent employment history with no major gaps.
