Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team in Houston. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care and performing high-quality MRI imaging in a fast-paced clinical environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology and collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI imaging procedures accurately and efficiently
- Prepare patients for MRI exams ensuring comfort and safety
- Operate MRI equipment following established protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to optimize imaging results
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control policies
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Certified in Basic Life Support or Advanced Life Support
- Current MRI Technologist license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT)
- Certified MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
