The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager provides professional comprehensive patient-centric care management services for at-risk patients in an acute care environment. Accountabilities include assessment and planning coordination of care resource utilization management and/ or review discharge planning documentation of interventions regulatory compliance and patient advocacy.

Must-Haves:

Associates Degree - Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
2 years - Acute care experience in a medical-surgical or Inpatient setting

Preferred:

Bachelors Degree - Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
National Certification in the area of specialty upon hire.
1 year - experience in care management or utilization review in any setting or successful completion of the TIPS program or Case Management Orientation Program
