Are you a natural leader with live-gaming experience and strong people-management skills Were looking for a Team Manager for our live casino operations in Belgrade Serbia to build and guide a dynamic team of presenters and shufflers ensuring smooth high-quality broadcasts around the clock.

What Youll Do

• Lead coach and mentor a team of game presenters/shufflers to deliver engaging and professional live shows
• Oversee shift planning staffing and rotation to ensure consistent coverage of 24/7 live table games
• Coordinate with production operations and content teams to optimize game pacing and flow
• Monitor presenter KPIs provide performance feedback and support professional growth
• Design and manage training programs to onboard new talent and improve presenter/shuffler skills
• Help shape new game formats contribute to localized content and scale the team as studio operations grow

Who You Are

• Experienced in live-dealer gaming broadcasting or presenter roles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a talent for motivating and developing people
• Highly organized and capable of managing complex schedules and shift-based teams
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Serbian Turkish etc.) are a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production-oriented environment
• Passionate about iGaming and delivering outstanding player engagement
