Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking professional to take on the role of Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager at our dynamic office in Barcelona. This exciting position is centered on client success requiring a strong passion for digital marketing and expertise in managing customer relationships. Your main focus will be launching a groundbreaking digital platform and ensuring its rapid adoption specifically within the demanding Dutch market.

What Youll Be Accountable For

You will be the vital link responsible for setting up and engaging high-potential companies. Your primary goal is to act as a trusted advisor to new clients helping them fully harness the power of digital advertising. Success in this role hinges on your ability to nurture robust client bonds drive platform usage reduce customer attrition (churn) and systematically capture growth opportunities.

Key Deliverables:

  • Launch High-Impact Campaigns: Onboard a dedicated list of new customers by designing implementing and managing high-performance Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns that generate measurable outcomes.
  • Proactive Client Outreach: Initiate outbound engagement using proactive phone calls to deeply understand client business objectives and offer tailor-made relevant digital advertising solutions.
  • Strategic Execution: Ensure all campaign setups are results-driven and strategically positioned to deliver both immediate gains and contribute to long-term client prosperity.
  • Revenue Expansion: Take ownership of increasing clients advertising spend by proactively identifying and securing upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
  • System Integrity: Accurately create and maintain comprehensive customer records within the CRM system.
  • Volume Management: Efficiently handle a high daily volume of client and prospect interactions primarily through phone communication while maintaining quality.

Who Were Looking For: Essential Profile

To thrive in this challenging role candidates must possess:

  • Bilingual Fluency: Native-level (C2) fluency in Dutch is mandatory paired with C2 fluency in English.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of two years experience in a sales and/or marketing capacity including significant time spent in demanding client-facing roles.
  • Academic Foundation: Must hold a Bachelors degree (BA/BS); a Masters degree (MA/MSc) in Marketing or Communications is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proven experience managing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Tech Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflow and utilize the resulting data to enhance personalized outreach strategies.
  • Personal Drive: A highly self-motivated confident and resilient individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Business Insight: Excellent business acumen with the capacity to analyze market trends and contribute valuable strategic insights.

Effective engagement with companies in the Netherlands requires:

  • Local Market Expertise: A clear and deep understanding of the Dutch market including cultural norms standard business etiquette and commercial practices.
  • Digital Ecosystem Knowledge: The ability to demonstrate a strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape in the Netherlands to effectively position Google Ads as the superior choice.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of local regulations particularly data privacy (GDPR) to ensure all operations are fully compliant.
