Job Summary

We are hiring Dutch-speaking candidates to join an international team in Bulgaria in Customer Service or Content Moderation / Digital Trust & Safety roles.

Responsibilities (depending on the project):

Provide customer support via chat email or phone
Review content and ensure platform safety (Trust & Safety)
Investigate and resolve user issues
Follow internal policies and confidentiality rules
Escalate complex cases when needed
Ensure a positive user experience

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch good English (B1B2 minimum)
Customer service or moderation experience is a plus
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work in rotating shifts
Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria
