Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activities for B2B clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to achieve business goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Native French speaker with excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales including cold calling and upselling.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts from Monday to Friday:
    • 9 AM 7 PM (shifts:).
