Job Summary
The Role
Were looking for a driven and detail orientated Senior Technical Coordinator to work with a Technical Manager on the regeneration of Bacton Estate Phase 2 a north London flagship scheme close to quaint Hampstead Heath and Gospel Oak underground. Its currently in preconstruction meaning this is a great opportunity to work on something from its inception go through Gateway 2 and deliver 460 new homes plus beautiful communal areas and fitness amenities (part of our landmark partnership with Peloton).
Youll have experience in leading and managing various design elements of a large RC frame residential project from start to finish and have been involved in RIBA Stages 3-6. Youll be key in driving various design packages of this phase coordinating the design managing consultants chairing design team meetings managing a Technical Coordinator this is the next step into management at Mount Anvil.
