Job Summary

We provide a wide range of services including Day Residential and Respite supports to both children and adults in various locations across Dublin Limerick and North Tipperary.

CLERICAL V

CHILDRENS SERVICES DUBLIN

SPECIFIED PURPOSE FULL-TIME CONTRACT (35 Hours Per Week).

Salary: 51718 -61866 * (lsi)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience.

Essential:

  • Leaving Certificate or FETAC Level 5 Office Administration
  • At least 3 years administrative experience preferably within the Health Sector.
  • Experience working in a busy environment dealing with numerous staff and confidential data.
  • Excellent professional telephone manner with good experience of dealing with queries from families and members of the public.
  • Competent IT skills - Word Excel Power Point and Outlook.
  • Be self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.

Desirable:

  • Desire to support people to live their best lives and commitment to promoting the active engagement and participation of Service Users in their local communities.
  • Willingness to support persons to develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning.

Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
