Job Summary
Maintenance Manager Position - Erie County NY
A highly regarded regional player in Buffalo NY is currently seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join their high-powered team. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing 3-4 crews for commercial landscape maintenance enhancements and snow services during Winter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial landscapes and infrastructures
- Coordinate and manage 3-4 crews of maintenance staff
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of landscape maintenance and enhancements
- Manage and coordinate snow services during Winter season
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies procedures and methods
- Monitor equipment inventory place orders for new equipment as needed and manage repairs for existing equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance managerial role
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
- Experience in commercial landscape maintenance and snow services is required
