This is your opportunity to be at the heart of our global investment strategy and shape the future of investment services.
We are looking for a strategic leader who can own the Global Wealth Hub and enhance the Investments propositions within OneApp. The Wealth Hub will serve as the digital cornerstone of our investment strategy providing customers with a unified and comprehensive view of their wealth.
The team
The Global Proposition Lead Wealth Hub reports hierarchically to the Global Tribe Lead Investments and is based in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of INGs global investment strategy. Youll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking environment helping shape the future of investment services and enabling leadership to deliver on strategic ambitions.
Roles and responsibilities
Own the Global Wealth Hub and drive enhancements of investment propositions within OneApp.
- Tailor content nudges and acquisition funnels to reflect local investor behaviors and regulatory nuances while maintaining a unified brand experience across markets.
- Monitor engagement KPIs across segments and channels using data insights to drive personalization and prioritize feature development.
- Apply expertise in UX/UI design behavioral finance and digital engagement strategies including CRM systems personalization engines and funnel optimization.
- Create seamless journeys for both investors and non-investors aligning marketing analytics and product teams around shared KPIs.
- Develop and integrate a dual-purpose Wealth Hub that services existing clients and acquires new ones ensuring alignment with platform advice and execution layers.
- Drive conversion of non-investors into active clients and own engagement metrics such as DAUs MAUs and NPS across wealth channels.
- Proven track record in steering large implementations or commercial achievements especially in multi-country programs with diverse cultural aspects.
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in digitalization backlog management resource planning and ability to simplify complex issues.
How to succeed
About you:
- Proven experience in global digital propositions and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI behavioral finance and personalization engines.
- Excellent strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and resource planning.
- Familiarity with engagement metrics and agile delivery.
- Excellent command of English (Dutch is a strong plus).
