Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of monthly routines (bookings reconciliations reporting) with clear deadlines
- Prepare analyses and systematically follow up on discrepancies you like to get to the bottom of things
- Act as the interface between our German and Swiss tax advisors: coordinate structure and communicate
- Contribute to annual accounts tax returns and audits
- Track costs and overhead using GetKlar and continuously align with budget owners
- Support financial planning and forecasting
- Perform cost analyses and identify saving opportunities to reduce expenses and increase efficiency
- Create management reports and ad-hoc analyses for the leadership team
- Simplify processes drive automation and establish new structures
Your profile
- University degree in Finance Accounting or Controlling or solid vocational training with relevant experience
- At least 2 years of experience in finance/controlling
- Highly accurate analytical and structured working style
- Independent reliable and enthusiastic about numbers
- Very good German and good English skills
- Bonus: experience with tools such as DATEV Bexio Qonto Personio or GetKlar
