For our Research & Development department at the Lübeck site we are looking as soon as possible for a:

RMX Technician Applications Research & Deployment (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities

In this role you will have responsibilities for the following :

Establishment and further development of raw material knowledge (raw material exchange raw material blending finished product blending testing and evaluation of raw material samples after pilot plant trials evaluation of raw materials and blends with regard to processability)
Documentation of results on a global level as well as their follow-up with regard to implementation in the operational business
Advising the Technical Service Purchasing and Sales departments on customer-specific projects
Global cooperation with various departments regarding raw material specific issues and projects
Participation in projects and international innovation projects

Qualifications

Education in the food sector
Professional experience in laboratory and/or application technology is advantageous
Technical competence in the field of food technology as well as analytical knowledge of texture
texture measurement and rheology advantageous
English spoken and written
Good knowledge of MS Office
