Provide support on strategic regional projects including project-shaping (together with key functions involved) problem structuring data gathering and problem solving developing and communicating clear and actionable recommendations
Drive business operations activities e.g. WEC and Leadership Team meetings preparation
Lead Launch readiness review (Strategy Resourcing Allocation discussions)
Provide continuous support to the Country President on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. business reviews regional requests etc.) in strong coordination with the functions
Enables efficient decision making organizes and prioritizes critical issues and requires information for the leader to facilitate efficient decision making
Coordinates / co-leads the yearly Strategic Planning in close coordination with country leadership teams and Finance
Provides support / coaches the newly appointed members of the International European Leadership Team to facilitate their onboarding
Advanced university degree in business finance statistics eco-nomics or related degree
Experience in multiple functions is an asset
Experience in successful brand launches is an asset
Consulting background is strongly preferred
Experience (7-10 years) in industry (e.g. in strategic planning finance and/or M&S)
Excellent project management skills
Excellent analytical skills (problem structuring and problem solving) able to handle complex analyses
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding flexibility adaptability and sense of client service
Good understanding of market research methods and processes
