Job Summary
Were looking for a Sales Support superstar to join our team and help turn our HubSpot CRM into a smooth smart and efficient machine
This role is perfect for someone who loves data automations and processes and enjoys being the heartbeat of the sales and marketing teams.
What will you do
Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM contacts deals tasks and data accuracy
Build and improve Workflows & Sequences
Generate reports and dashboards and analyze data for real business impact
Work with complementary tools such as Outlook Zapier Eventbrite
Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements
Provide support and training for users
Requirements:
A student in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Data Analysis (2nd3rd year students)
Service-oriented curious accurate and analytical
Fast learner and highly organized
Proficient in Excel
Advantage: experience with HubSpot or building automations
