JOB DESCRIPTION:
The scope of our contract is to bring assistance with a right-hand Project Lead in the context of industrial installations combining electricity instrumentation and automation systems in high-demand environments where operational reliability safety and technical precision are essential.
The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:
Support projects by facilitating communication between stakeholders and progress towards objectives
- Manage project financial technical commercial and execution aspects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary activities (electricity instrumentation).
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements (LOTO work permits).
- Communicate with clients and project teams.
- Plan detailed project schedules.
- Lead or assist in the management of subcontractors.
- Report on project progress and milestones.
- Involve and motivate technical teams and subcontractors.
- Facilitate project meetings and coordination sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement and project delivery.
Support projects with rational and data-driven assessments regarding costs quality and timelines providing objective analyses for decision-making
- Monitor financial performance of the project.
- Evaluate technical and commercial project risks.
- Verify conformity with electrical and instrumentation standards (IEC CENELEC).
- Assess safety quality and energy audit requirements.
- Review and control documentation tests and commissioning steps.
- Follow up on modifications (MOC) and ensure proper validation.
- Examine ATEX classifications and risk analyses.
Support projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution ensuring accuracy and meeting expectations
- Execute and supervise installation works (electricity and instrumentation).
- Prepare technical documentation and as-built records.
- Implement project modifications and engineering changes.
- Document and draft test reports and commissioning files.
- Perform technical studies for instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Participate in installation testing and commissioning activities.
- Support implementation of digitalization and energy efficiency solutions.
The experience we are actively looking for:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial electricity and instrumentation project management.
- Knowledge of technical standards (IEC CENELEC ATEX).
- Understanding of project environments involving automation cabling and supervision systems.
- Strong planning and coordination mindset with attention to safety and quality.
- Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Valid single permit for non-EU citizens.
