Responsibilities:
Responsible for marketing and selling referred Small Commercial Property & Casualty business. Assisting with marketing middle market accounts.
Responsible for prospecting soliciting and selling new Small Commercial Property & Casualty business and referring Personal Lines Employee Benefits and Life/Wealth Management related business whenever possible.
Maintaining client relationships and effectively working with assigned account service and marketing staff on existing Commercial Property & Casualty client renewals.
Helping to maintain insurance carrier / market relationships.
Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all client information in any form based on organization privacy guidelines.
Responsible for compliance with E&O prevention / Quality Management Program (QMP) guidelines and assisting with developing maintaining and complying with customer service standards.
Helping to promote teamwork and collaboration throughout account service teams and organization.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year College or equivalent preferred 2-5 years retail insurance agency experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience Texas General Lines Property and Casualty (P&C) License or able to obtain license upon hire
