Key Responsibilities

• Manage acaseload of personal injury filesfrom intake through settlement.
• Maintain consistent and empatheticcommunication with clients keeping them informed throughout their case.
• Open and manage insurance claims including Medi-Cal Medicare and private insurance liens.
• Coordinate medical treatment scheduling appointments obtaining medical records and managing provider communication.
• Request review and organize documentationsuch as police reports medical bills and related records.
• Prepare case files fordemand and negotiation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with attorneys paralegals and other team members to ensure each case progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experiencein personal injury case management (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Knowledge ofpersonal injury law claims handling and medical terminology.
• Excellentcommunication organization and multitasking skills.
• Strongattention to detailand ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with case management software (e.g. CasePeer) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:$80000 $125000 (based on experience)
