Hiring for Starch powder liquid Glucose Manufacturing Industry

ElectricalMaintenance Engineer 02

Responsibilities:-

Prepare specifications for process equipment
Prepare Equipment installation drawings and ensure the installation of the equipment as per the same.
Review drawings issued by the vendor.
Complete periodic inspections of the vendors site to check for the progress of manufacturing of the equipment
Plan and execute preventive maintenance program.
Attend to breakdowns troubleshoot and rectify basic issues in the shortest possible time.
Ensure that all safety instructions and measures are strictly observed.
Study and review standby facilities for critical sub-assemblies and addition of capital equipment on a long-term basis for smooth operation.
Prepare monthly reports.
Preparation and Review of respective Documents / Procedures.
Fabrication Erection Commissioning Troubleshooting operation of Boiler and Thermic Fluid Heate
Preventive Maintenance Planning
Spare Parts management
Erection commissioning of Plant Machinery
Knowledge of OHS and EMS.
Maintenance cost.
Knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
Utility maintenance like Air compressor Diesel Generator etc.
Knowledge of Material Handling equipment like stacker Forklift.
Familiar with MTTR MTBF and Breakdown analysis.
Water Treatment Plant-like RO DM Soft Water plant.
Various types of rotating and static types of equipment like Pumps Tanks Vessels Cooling towers Chillers Compressors Conveyors Reactors and Heat Exchangers.
Planning and execution of flash steam and condensate recovery projects.
Electrical and Instrumental circuit.
Operations PLC & Scada.
Operation and maintenance of DG.
