A downtown Buffalo law firm is looking to hire a reliable and passionate Paralegal to join their Real Estate department. This full-time role provides comprehensive support to attorneys by managing files drafting documents balancing with lenders for closing and ensuring the efficient operation of the law office.
Duties include:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents including contracts loan and sale papers and closing documents
- Managing case files reviewing title reports and ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Interviewing clients and gathering information for real estate and banking transactions
- Coordinating closings monitoring financial transactions and reconciling closing files
- Facilitating communication between attorneys clients banks and other parties
- Providing administrative and project management support to attorneys
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of real estate law and residential and commercial bank closings. Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
