Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei verschiedenen HR-Prozessen (z. B. Organisationsgestaltung jährliche Performance Reviews)
Mitarbeit im Recruitingprozess: Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen Pflege und Aktualisierung von Prozessdaten
Unterstützung bei Change- und Projektmanagement-Aktivitäten Planung Timing und Umsetzung von Projekten
Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleg:innen aus unterschiedlichen Regionen (APAC EMEA Amerika)
Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im HR-Alltag
Optional: Mitwirkung bei Themen rund umSAP SuccessFactorsundSharePoint

Deine Skills & Dein Profil

Eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Wirtschaft Psychologie Personalmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Gute IT-Kenntnisse: insbesondere Excel Word PowerPoint; Kenntnisse in SharePoint sind ein Plus
Grundverständnis von HR-Prinzipien oder Interesse sich darin weiterzuentwickeln
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift du arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit effizient zu arbeiten

Your responsibilities

Supporting various HR processes ( design annual performance reviews)
Collaborating in the recruiting process: creating and publishing job postings maintaining and updating process data
Supporting change and project management activities planning timing and implementing projects
Collaborating with international colleagues from different regions (APAC EMEA Americas)
Support with administrative tasks in day-to-day HR work
Optional: Involvement in topics related to SAP SuccessFactors and SharePoint

Your skills & profile

Enrolled student in the field of economics psychology human resources management or a comparable degree program
Organizational skills and an independent structured way of working
Good IT skills: especially Excel Word PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
Basic understanding of HR principles or interest in developing your knowledge in this area
Very good written and spoken English skills you will be working in an international environment
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Quick comprehension and the ability to work efficiently
