Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medical Surgical
Location: Rochester NY 14621
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts (Days: 07:0019:00 / Nights: 19:0007:00)
Every other weekend required
No block scheduling
Orientation: 16 hours (Non-billable)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a medical-surgical team at a large tertiary care hospital in Rochester NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision and support of a Registered Nurse (RN) and must be comfortable taking their own patient assignment.
Requirements
Active New York State LPN License (must be in hand)
Recent hospital experience within the last 2 years
Ability to take a full patient assignment with RN support
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as needed
Every other weekend availability required
