The Role

As aTalent Acquisition Business Partner youll be a key member of our regional in-house recruitment team responsible for end-to-end hiring across our business consulting practice in Malaysia.

You will:

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
• Own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding
• Develop and execute innovative inclusive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Represent Capco as a brand ambassador ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience
• Collaborate with the global recruitment team on strategic hiring initiatives and projects
• Provide recruitment metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making

What Were Looking For

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

• Proven experience in in-house RPO/MSP or agency recruitment
• A background in Financial Services or Business Consulting recruitment (preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring in candidate-driven markets
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• A proactive self-starter mindset with strong time management abilities
• Fluency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus
