Description:

We are looking for an intern to join the Digital Workplace (DW) team contributing to initiatives around 3D printing technologies and additive manufacturing. The internship focuses on developing digital and sustainable workplace solutions that enable 3D capabilities across Airbus engineering design and manufacturing functions.

The role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about digital product management automation sustainability and digital fabrication while collaborating with a global network of experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of 3D printing and additive manufacturing solutions within the Digital Workplace ecosystem.

• Work with the DW Product Manager to build a dedicated product for Airbus users enabling access to 3D design and fabrication technologies.

• Participate in evaluation of existing 3D solutions service management processes and technology transition activities.

• Contribute to aspects of financial management technical design and solution implementation.

• Engage with cross-functional teams in India and globally to understand and apply product management methodologies.

• Explore emerging technologies related to 3D solutions including slicing software cloud-based 3D platforms RFID scanning and AI integration.

• Support initiatives promoting automation sustainability and digital transformation across the Airbus workplace environment.
  

Educational Qualification

• Final-year student pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Design Computer Science Manufacturing Technology or a related field.

• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in data analytics automation or digital technologies.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong interest in 3D printing additive manufacturing and digital workplace solutions.

  • Basic understanding of 3D design and related tools (e.g. Ultimaker Cura Fusion 360 SolidWorks or equivalent).

  • Awareness of cloud technologies RFID and AI applications in digital fabrication.

  • Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an international and multidisciplinary environment.

  • Curiosity about innovation in workplace environments and the aerospace industry.

• Soft Skills:
