About the Position
The primary focus of the Assistant Accountant is to contribute to effective financial compliance and reporting. Youll process treasury and bank transactions assist with reconciliations and compliance submissions and manage daily bank reconciliations including payment clearing accounts. Your responsibilities will include processing weekly cash transfers completing box office substantiation and performing treasury transactions related to investments all while supporting the financial operations that keep our world-class performances running seamlessly.
The role will assist the Financial Accountant in the completion of the monthly general ledger reconciliations and perform related tasks including but not limited to processing of periodical journals and processing accruals and other adjustment entries.
Full time fixed-term position to Jan 2027. Band 3.1 $78901.68 p.a. plus superannuation.
