Travel Pay Range: $62$68/hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Travel RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care conduct utilization review and support safe timely discharges. This role works closely with providers payers and the care team to ensure appropriate levels of care accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Screen new admissions and identify discharge needs.
Verify demographics/insurance and complete InterQual assessments.
Review admission appropriateness and levels of care.
Manage HINNs appeals and payer communication.
Address psychosocial financial and legal barriers; make referrals.
Conduct utilization review and respond to payer requests.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams on coordinated plans.
Oversee safe discharges and facility placements.
Monitor length of stay and escalate concerns.
Support denial prevention and reimbursement accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all policies safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
3 years recent acute care experience; case management preferred.
InterQual or similar utilization management experience required.
Recent discharge planning and utilization review experience (within 4 years).
Active MA RN license; BSN preferred.
Strong communication organization and critical thinking skills.
Computer proficient and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
