Job Summary
Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Fort Myers FL 33908
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: MondayFriday 8-hour Day Shifts
Pay Rate: $50$53 per hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologistfor an exciting job in Fort Myers FL.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech language and swallowing evaluations for pediatric patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices
Provide direct therapy services to improve communication cognitive-linguistic and swallowing abilities
Document evaluations progress notes and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with physicians occupational therapists physical therapists and family members to support coordinated care
Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support progress and carryover at home
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to goal-setting and care planning
Maintain compliance with all regulatory licensure and professional standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional SLP experience
12 years of pediatric (PEDS) experience required
Medical rehab experience preferred
Active Florida SLP license
CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
Current BLS certification required
