Position Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Pay Rate: $74$78 per hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Hyannis MA. The IR Tech will support physicians during a wide range of vascular and non-vascular procedures while ensuring patient safety equipment readiness and adherence to clinical standards.
Responsibilities
Assist physicians during invasive and interventional procedures including scrubbing circulating monitoring and documenting hemodynamic data.
Operate and maintain interventional imaging systems and related equipment.
Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort safety and procedural accuracy.
Set up and maintain sterile fields clean and disinfect equipment and ensure proper disposal of materials.
Administer contrast media under physician supervision.
Maintain inventory perform safety checks and ensure equipment readiness.
Participate in on-call rotations for emergency and after-hours procedures.
Support workflow efficiency and uphold departmental standards.
Qualifications
Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT registered; Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or cardiac cath lab
RCIS CI or VI certification preferred
Strong knowledge of sterile techniques radiation safety and interventional imaging protocols
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience with endovascular and peripheral procedures
Proficiency in equipment maintenance and procedural documentation
Ability to stay calm in high-pressure environments and support complex cases efficiently
