Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join a Breast Center team in North Bergen NJ. The technologist will perform high-quality breast ultrasound examinations in a patient-centered environment working closely with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging and superior patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform breast ultrasound examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
Collaborate with radiologists to assist with diagnostic and interventional breast procedures.
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
Ensure accurate documentation labeling and archiving of imaging studies.
Perform equipment quality checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain compliance with facility state and accreditation standards.
Provide clear communication and compassionate care to all patients.

Qualifications:

Required:

Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound or Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
Minimum of 2 years of Allied Health or College training.
Active Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification.

Preferred:

At least 1 year of clinical experience in Breast Ultrasound.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
