What youll be doing
As a Marketing & Growth Intern - Welfare Product youll play a key role in supporting the growth and adoption of Satispays recently launched Welfare products and expanding its network of employers and employees. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Own the sales collateral library Take responsibility for keeping all sales materials current organised and accessible. You will be the main point of contact for the BD team managing their requests and providing the right collateral based on their needs whether its existing material or identifying when new content is required.
Support employer acquisition activities Assist the team in planning coordinating and rolling out different acquisition channels. Youll help collaborate with teams like Performance CRM Legal BD and Product.
Contribute to brand activation projects Get involved in planning and supporting ad hoc activities on a local or audience basis to help build brand awareness.
Support B2B event coordination Assist with the logistics for our self-organised local and corporate events and help the team prepare for and participate in B2B sector fairs.
Help analyse marketing campaign performance Collaborate with the Growth Intelligence team to gather data and assist in analysing and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Act as our industry trend-spotter Youll research and share the most exciting best practices competitor campaigns and communication strategies using these insights to help brainstorm fresh innovative ideas for our own campaigns.

Who were looking for
Were looking for an enthusiastic learner who loves teamwork and is eager to get things done. If youre curious and ready to learn youll fit right in! Does this sound like you
Ongoing or recent Degree in Communication Marketing Media Business Administration (or Management) or related
Good organisational and communication skills You demonstrate the ability to keep track of tasks and communicate clearly with the team
Curious and detail-oriented Youre comfortable looking at information notice the small things and are eager to understand why
Data-driven mindset Youre comfortable with numbers and understand the importance of using data to analyse performance and inform marketing decisions
Proactive and flexible You have a can-do attitude a strong willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new challenges
Fluent in English Possess fluency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
