Are you a seasoned Senior Site Agent with a proven track record in station refurbishments access for all (AFA) schemes drainage earthworks and enabling infrastructure schemes (EIS) Do you excel in producing high-quality site documentation and thrive in a collaborative rail environment If so we want you to lead the safe and efficient delivery of our station-focused projects across South Wales.

The Role
As Senior Site Agent youll be instrumental in delivering station-focused projects in the Cardiff area working closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager. Youll lead site teams to ensure works are delivered safely on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of station refurbishments AFAs and EIS packages
Manage drainage and earthworks scopes with precision and compliance
Produce and manage site documentation including CPPs CQPs ITPs WPPs and TBS
Ensure site activities meet safety quality and environmental standards
Coordinate resources materials and subcontractors
Monitor progress against programme and budget
Liaise with stakeholders surveyors and project teams
Provide accurate reporting and updates to senior management
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a Senior Site Agent with:
Demonstrable experience in station works AFAs drainage earthworks and EIS
Strong competency in producing site paperwork (CPPs CQPs ITPs WPPs TBS)
SMSTS PTS and CSCS certifications
HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering
A proactive safety-conscious leader with excellent communication skills
