The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Procurement Property & Facilities Management to join our Procurement team. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving commercial and operational procurement excellence across Crown Resorts Property & Facilities Management portfolios.
As Crown continues its transformation journey you will lead the development and execution of best-practice procurement strategies that challenge traditional approaches deliver value and build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This is a high-impact role where youll influence change optimise processes and ensure Crown achieves sustainable competitive advantage.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans for Property & Facilities Management portfolios.
- Leading complex high-value procurement activities and negotiations including category planning and supplier engagement.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes and governance frameworks.
- Building strong partnerships with senior leadership and key business units to align procurement strategies with enterprise objectives.
- Leading and developing a high-performing procurement team fostering a culture of engagement accountability and continuous improvement.
- Delivering financial outcomes through savings initiatives budget management and long-term growth modelling.
About You
You are a strategic and commercially astute procurement leader with a proven ability to influence innovate and deliver results in complex environments. You thrive on building strong relationships driving cultural change and leading teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
You will also bring:
- Extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing with experience leading successful teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering transformation projects and operational excellence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills across a matrix organisation.
- Proven ability to manage large expenditure portfolios and deliver EBITDA value.
- Experience in hospitality or FMCG environments (highly desirable).
- Expertise in change leadership strategic agility and governance frameworks.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
