ServiceMaster Building Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations across multiple schools within the Tanque Verde School District. This position plays a key role in maintaining high cleaning standards ensuring safety and supporting our team of custodians through effective leadership communication and training.

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor School District

Location: Tucson AZ
Hours: Monday - Friday start 2PM
Wage: $25 / hr

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support janitorial staff across assigned school sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality meets company and district standards.
Train and coach team members on proper cleaning techniques equipment use and safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with school administrators and district personnel regarding cleaning issues supply needs and service improvements.
Identify and address performance issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols schedules and company policies.
Assist with scheduling coverage and quality control during absences or high-demand periods.

Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required must be able to communicate clearly with both staff and clients.
Minimum 2 years of janitorial or custodial management experience preferably in schools or large facilities.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to train motivate and build a positive team environment.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between multiple locations.
Must pass background check and meet district clearance requirements
Must have or be able to obtain Fingerprint clearance card
