Are you a motivated customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems PostNet in Humble is seeking a full-time team member who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales service and supporting local businesses.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with rotating shifts Monday through Saturday averaging 35 to 40 hours per week.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking someone with a strong service mindset and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping customers at the center of everything they do.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Associates degree or higher (preferred)
Experience: 24 years in sales or customer service roles
Technical Skills: Comfortable using Adobe Pro Photoshop and Illustrator you may be asked to demonstrate your skills during the interview
License: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

What Youll Do

Provide excellent customer service for printing shipping packaging and business services
Support daily operations including opening and closing the center
Operate the point-of-sale system and manage register transactions
Sort and distribute mail to private mailbox holders

What Success Looks Like

Youre on your feet and engaged at the service counter throughout your shift
You can safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
You communicate clearly and professionallywhether its in person over the phone or by email
You take initiative follow through and thrive in a team environment
