Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Periodontist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality periodontal and implant services while building lasting patient relationships. Youll have access to the latest equipment and a strong support team that allows you to focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

42% of collections
Flexible scheduling (ideal for work-life balance or supplemental income)
2 to 4 days a month

Responsibilities:

Diagnose treat and manage periodontal disease and related oral health conditions
Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures including scaling root planing flap surgery grafting and crown lengthening
Place and restore dental implants
Collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients on oral health hygiene and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Certificate in Periodontics from an ADA-accredited program
Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality ethical patient care
