Porsche CharlotteNorthlake is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Person to join our team in Charlotte this role you will be responsible for managing inventory assisting customers with parts inquiries and ensuring efficient parts distribution to support our service department and clients. This position requires excellent customer service skills product knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying locating and ordering the correct Porsche parts.
- Manage parts inventory including receiving stocking and organizing items.
- Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers and service technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
- Work closely with service department and sales team to support their parts needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts counter or inventory management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology ideally with Porsche vehicles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.

- Understand and follow federal state and local regulations applicable to industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)

- Strong organizational and time management skills
