Job Duties
Hours of work are 2 days per week Thursdays and Fridays from 8am to 4pm. Applicant will provide excellent customer service as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ensure all legal documents are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.
Work the front counter. Answer phones. Process the mail. Prepare court forms. Receipt payments. Imaging case files and filing as well as other duties assigned by the clerk.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be detail oriented. Have knowledge of office automation systems and computer software.
Additional Considerations
Customer service experience and experience handling money preferred.
