Role Summary and Impact
As a Client Director youll be the strategic partner deeply embedding yourself in our clients business to translate their objectives into innovative high-impact media solutions. Youll own the client relationship ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships that drive significant account growth and retention. This role demands hands-on leadership of the client team to achieve excellence and deliver measurable business results.

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • 5 years in client services leadershipwithin a media agency or equivalent.
  • Proven track recordmanaging and growing key client accounts.
  • Deep expertisein the media landscape (digital traditionalemerging) and crafting comprehensive media strategies.
  • Experience leading mentoring and motivatinghigh-performing media teams.
  • Strong commercial understandingtoidentifygrowth opportunities and manage budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skillsfor senior client stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solverwith a knack foranticipatingneeds and developing effective solutions.
  • Degreein Marketing Business Administration or Media (or equivalent).
  • Fluent in Swedish both written and spoken.

Desired (Bonus Points If You Have):

  • Experience guiding clients throughdigital transformationandleveragingdata.
  • Involvement in new business developmentor expanding existing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication and subscription-based services.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics toolsand methodologies (e.g. MMM).
