We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lab Assistant with a strong background in Computer Science to join our team at BGS International School Alkhobar. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our Computer Science department helping to facilitate a productive and engaging learning environment for our students.
*Job Description:*
- Provide technical support and assistance to students and teachers in the Computer Science lab
- Help with coding activities projects and science fair preparations
- Assist with setting up and maintaining computer equipment and software
- Supervise students during lab sessions and ensure a safe and respectful environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging Computer Science lessons and activities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of computer systems programming languages and software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus but not required)
- Experience with coding languages such as Python Java or C is an advantage
