Our client a leading player in the technology and digital services industry is seeking a Manager: Commercial Systems & Enablement to oversee and continuously enhance the platforms that drive customer acquisition sales and service delivery.
In this pivotal role you will lead a small team responsible for ensuring that commercial systems are integrated secure and optimized to support both exceptional customer experiences and internal operational efficiency. Youll collaborate closely with IT Sales Marketing and Operations to ensure that systems effectively enable business performance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a commercial systems enablement strategy aligned with business and IT goals. Lead a multi-disciplinary team and champion system modernization initiatives.
Systems Management & Optimization: Manage and maintain CRM ordering and self-service platforms. Ensure system reliability performance and adoption.
Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Drive system utilization and user engagement through enablement training and automation initiatives. Enhance reporting and analytics to inform decision-making.
Governance & Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards and support the procurement of new tools.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Coach and develop your team foster cross-functional collaboration and align priorities with key business and IT stakeholders.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years experience managing commercial systems (CRM ordering or self-service) within a telecommunications or technology environment.
At least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
Proven experience in system integration enablement and process automation.
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and commercial operations.
Skills:
Strong business and technical acumen with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
