Minimum 10years of dealership experience with strong Finance (F&I) background
Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving volume goals
Deep understanding of desking deals leasing and lender relations
Excellent communication coaching and closing skills
Must thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Lead and develop the new car sales team to exceed monthly targets
Work closely with Finance Inventory and BDC departments to drive performance
Structure and close deals efficiently and profitably
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and OEM partners
Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold Capitol Chevrolets reputation for excellence
