Job Summary

United Valet Service a division of Stratton Amenities is seeking professional courteous and customer-focused Valet Parking Drivers to provide top-tier valet services. If you have excellent driving skills a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles ensuring the highest level of service and care.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with hotel guests staff and other team members.
Provide clear directions and guidance to guests as needed.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area.
Follow all safety protocols including proper vehicle handling and reporting any incidents immediately.
Assist guests with luggage or other needs as requested.
Uphold the hotels high standards of hospitality and service at all times.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Texas drivers license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in valet hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles is required.
Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to stand walk and run for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
