Job Summary
We have an exciting mission-based opportunity in a coastal Maine community. PCHC invites you to become part of one of the most inventive FQHCs in the country. The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for all age groups modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality patient-centered care. Previous experience in Recovery/SUD work preferred.
- Comfort working with patients with dual diagnosis.
- Able and willing to facilitate SUD groups.
- Familiarity working in a primary care model where one must be flexible and open to interruptions and even warm hand-offs/quick consults.
- Experience in using trauma-informed care models.
All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFTs will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $5000 to $15000 depending on prior experience!
